The inspector appointed to oversee the inquiry into part of the Joint Core Strategy for Broadland, Norwich and South Norfolk is considering further evidence in support of proposals for future development in northern Norwich. David Vickery was appointed by the Planning Inspectorate to conduct an examination into parts of the JCS after elements of the document were challenged in the High Court. Welcome to Rackheath Private Hire Swimming Pool. The pool is kept at around 31. We have a small changing area and toilet and shower as well as a travel cot and baby changing facilities. If you are going to bring babies who are not potty trained then they must wear the double nappy system. Or they cannot go into the water.
